FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY TO REGISTER:
First, complete your SWYFC registration HERE.
Once you complete SWYFC registration & PAY SWYFC you will get the codes to use for KCFC registration (also codes are listed below).
Next, visit the KCFC website, scroll to the bottom and click on Register Now.
On this KCFC website page, you will use your SWYFC log in information.
Once logged into KCFC website, choose the fall tackle 3rd through 6th grade program.
DO NOT pay KCFC! Instead, use the coupon code 421173 when completing your registration with KCFC.
If you are registering multiple children, please use the coupon code 547173 for your second child and use 523310 for your third child . You will have to register them under the same account but in two (or three) different transactions in order for the coupon to work. If you have more than three children that you are registering, please email info@smithvilleyouthfootball.org and we will get another coupon for you.
Also, in KCFC select NO for equipment rental. Equipment will be provided through SWYFC.
Your balance at KCFC check out should be $0.00.
If it's not $0.00, do not check out, that means you have double paid!

2024-2025 school grade card to show proof of age if it is your first year in tackle or if new to the program.
A physical form filled out by your family physician dated within the last 2 years. We are offering physicals on July 24th at the Warriors Athletic Center starting at 6pm during Punt Pass Kick even at Smithville High School Football Stadium. $20 proceeds for the physicals benefit the SWYCF program.

June 22nd (1-3pm)
Practices will be on Thursdays from 6-7 for ALL ages.
Stunting practice will be on Mondays from 6-7pm for 3rd - 6th grade (tackle) squads. If your cheerleader wants to stunt she is required to attend both practices.
July 24th 6-7pm is the first cheer practice
July 28th 6-7pm is the first stunting practice (tackle squads only)
Due to uniform ordering & shipping, any late registrations must pay $75 plus any additional shipping fees incurred by SWYFC. Also, your child will not have a cheer uniform for 6 weeks after order is placed, which means they may not have a uniforms for a portion of the cheer season.
