For tackle players only, you will need to register with both SWYFC and KCFC. You will ONLY pay SWYFC league dues and will use a coupon code when completing your KCFC registration. Again, this is for TACKLE ONLY. Follow instructions in drop down below.
K - FLAG REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS (Kindergarten-1st grade, non contact)
A uniform will be provided for all K-Flag players. All items will be returned at the end of the season. If you fail to do so, your deposit check will be cashed.
Equipment Check Out

You will need to bring the following to equipment check-out July 30th 6-8pm @ Smith's Fork Park:
Deposit check for volunteer agreement for $75
A COPY of your birth certificate (if new to the program)
Your CHILD/player so they can be fitted for their uniform
FLAG REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS (1st - 2nd grade, full contact)
A helmet, chinstrap, shorts, jersey, mouthpiece, and socks will be provided for all Flag players. All items with the exception of the socks and mouthpiece will be returned at the end of the season. If you fail to do so, your deposit check will be cashed.

TACKLE REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS (3rd - 6th grade)
You will need to register both with SWYFC and KCFC for the 2024 season by June 30th.
FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY TO REGISTER: First, complete your SWYFC registration HERE. Next, visit the KCFC website, scroll to the bottom and click on Register Now. You will use your SWYFC log in information. Choose the fall tackle 3rd through 6th grade program.
DO NOT pay KCFC! Instead, use the coupon code 555786 when completing your registration with KCFC. If you are registering multiple children, please use the coupon code 702550 for your second child. You will have to register them under the same account but in two different transactions in order for the coupon to work. If you have more than two children that you are registering, please email info@smithvilleyouthfootball.org and we will get another coupon for you.
Also, in KCFC select NO for equipment rental. Equipment will be provided through SWYFC. Equipment Check Out dates TBD.

You will need to bring the following to equipment check-out:
2023-2024 school grade card to show proof of age
A physical form filled out by your family physician dated within the last 2 years. If you physical is dated 2023 then please fill out the Annual Requirements Form as well. We are offering physicals on July 25th at the Warriors Athletic Center starting at 6pm during Punt Pass Kick even at Smithville High School Football Stadium. $20 proceeds for the physicals benefit the SWYCF program. Physicals will be conducted by Nurse Practitioner, Stephanie Wihoit of the Smithville MedSpa, who is donating her time.
